Who it fits
Established commercial sites with large roofs and meaningful electricity spend.
Manufacturing, engineering, food processing, distilleries, cold storage, warehousing, logistics, farms and estates are the strongest fit. Residential sites, very small roofs and early-stage businesses usually are not.
How it works
A simple route from qualification to install and support.
Qualify the site
Review roof size, ownership or lease position, tariff, annual spend, operating hours and trading history.
Model the PPA
If the site looks viable, the project is shaped around funded system size, fixed electricity price, expected savings and technical constraints.
Survey, install and support
After survey and approvals, the project moves through design, installation, maintenance and monitoring while your business stays focused on operations.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the business actually pay for?
The business pays for the electricity generated by the system at a fixed agreed rate, rather than paying upfront for the installation itself.
What size site is usually viable?
As a rule of thumb, the best-fit projects have 500+ sqm of usable roof, enough demand to support a 100kW+ system, and annual electricity spend of around £50,000 or more.
Do we need to own the building?
Freehold sites are the cleanest fit. Long leasehold properties can also work where there is enough term remaining and the landlord is comfortable with the arrangement.
What makes a site attractive for funding?
Large usable roof area, meaningful electricity demand, a solid trading history, healthy credit and a business case that still works at the proposed PPA rate all matter.
